In Logiwa, to count the inventory, you need to perform a Count Operation. In this article, you will be informed about the instant count process.
Screen Path: WMS → Mobile → Count Operations → Instant Count
Firstly you need to scan the Inventory site, warehouse, and client. Here, the Client field deserves special attention; If All is selected, the count operation will affect all clients' inventory at the selected location that will be selected at the next step. Otherwise, if one of the clients is selected here, only this client's inventory will be affected during count operation.
Then, the location should be scanned in which you want to count inventory.
Also, by using the "one by one" toggle, instead of typing the quantity during counting, you can scan each barcode one by one.
NOTE: If you want to set this parameter as active as a default, please contact Logiwa support. They will make the setup for you.
On the following screen, you need to scan the Pallet (LP) that you want to count inventory, if there is no Pallet (LP) in the location you can skip this step by clicking the “No LP” button
On the next screen, you need to scan the item barcode that you want to count and press the ‘Conf’ button, page will refresh itself for every 'Conf' pressing. If you have selected All clients at the first screen, you need to count all the inventory in the specified location for all clients. If you have selected a single client on the first screen, you just need to count only this client's inventory. After you complete counting the inventory press the ‘Result’ button.
Below is an example of how the Result page looks like.
Actual LP Count: The number of LPs in the location
Actual Item Count: The number of items in the location
Lost LP: The LPs have not been counted.
Lost Qty: The quantity that has not been counted.
Excess Qty: The excessive quantity in the location
You can see your count results by visiting the Count Plan Stock Count screen.
