To verify an address in the Logiwa system, go to the Order Operations screen.
Screen Path: WMS → Operations → Order Operations
Select the order you want to verify the address then click the ‘Verify and AutoCorrect Address’ button.
Confirm the pop-up.
The system will check the address from the USPS’s database and verify or update the address of the customer. If there is any problem or not match with USPS’s database, you have to check your customer’s address.
You can check the verification notes and verify the status from the Order Operations screen.
