First of all, to receive inventory, Receipt Order (ASN) or Purchase Order should be created on Logiwa. You can get more information about creating a receipt order via this article.
To receive an item as damaged, you need to go Mobile-Receipt screen.
Screen Path: WMS → Mobile → Receipt Operations → Mobile Receipt
Firstly, you should scan the Receipt Order or Purchase Order in the receipt order field. Then, scan the Receiving Location (receiving location is a place where you put the receiving product such as a ramp, rack, etc.) and click the Units button to receive products by units on a location as loose or click the LP button to receive products on a pallet. The process up to here is the same as the normal receiving process.
To receive an item as damaged, you need to scan the barcode of the damaged product and enter the package type - quantity details manually, then click on the Dmg button.
In this tab, you can choose the suitability and quarantine reason and you can also add a photo of the damaged item. Then click the Next icon.
Finally, the status of the item will be displayed on the screen. Click on the Conf button to complete the process.
If you click the LP button instead of Units at the first tab, you can add suitability and quarantine reasons to all products of LP easily.
Finally, you can check and view the suitability and quarantine reason for your damaged product via inventory and receipt reports.
