A warehouse job is used to group the orders. Thanks to the warehouse job, you can complete operational tasks easily. For example, when you are using picking a mobile screen, you can scan the warehouse job instead of scanning the orders one by one and the picking screen will suggest the tasks of orders that are connected to the relevant warehouse job.
Screen Path: WMS → Operations → Order Operations
To create a warehouse job go to the "Order Operations" screen, select the orders that you want to create a warehouse job, and click the "Create Job" button.
Select the client and warehouse job type. There are 3 different types of warehouse jobs and click OK.
Packing: If you are going to perform a packing operation, you need to select this job type.
No Packing: If you are not going to perform a packing operation, you need to select this job type.
Only Packing: If you want to skip picking and start packing directly, you need to select this job type.
Then a pop-up window will appear with a Job code, your warehouse job is created.
Also, if you select the "Auto-Create Job" button as active and then click OK, the job lists are automatically created according to defined rules by grouping selected orders.
You can also view your warehouse job code that you previously created on the "Order Operation" screen.
Also, item details that belong to an order can be viewed as below, the user needs to click on a small triangle button at the beginning of each row and then a small window will show the details of the item.
Additionally, fields about quantities are changing according to the status of an order; allocated, picked, packed or shipped.
