Screen Path: WMS > Mobile > Receipt Operations > Mobile Receipt
First of all, to receive inventory, Receipt Order (ASN) or Purchase Order should be created on Logiwa. You can get more information about creating a receipt order via this manual.
After creating the receipt order on Logiwa, to receive the relevant products into inventory go to Mobile Receipt screen.
Firstly, you should scan the Receipt Order or Purchase Order in the receipt order field. Then, scan the Receiving Location (receiving location is a place where you put the receiving product such as ramp, rack etc.) and press Units or LP buttons. There are two options in this screen. LP button is used to receive inventory on pallet. You can learn more information by using this manual.
Units button is used to receive products by units.
In addition to that, within this screen, one by one option can be selected as active. In this case, on the next screen the quantity field can not be filled by the user and the barcode of all products has to be scan one by one.
On the next screen, scan the item Barcode, enter the Quantity (if you did not select the one by one option as active) and press the Confirm button.
Perform the same operation till you receive all the items on your receipt order, they will be automatically added to your inventory.
If the inventory is damaged, then use the Dmg button to separate damaged item from others.
This button allows you to place a quarantine or suitability reason on the inventory and prevent them from being reserved for any shipment order. In this screen, relevant suitability or/and quarantine reason can be selected and an image can be added to inventory details. If you need to change your location, then use the Change Location button.
This button allows you to change your location directly during the receiving process without entering any other information. On the screen, receipt order will be auto-filled base on your first selection and you just need to scan your new location code to keep receiving items.
After the receipt process, inventory details can be checked through Inventory Reports.

Using this report, inventory details such as LP, location, quantity, suitability or quarantine reason etc. can be checked.
