Organization as a Customer
Assigning the Organization as a Customer
To assign the organization as a customer, the desired organization is selected, Customer tab is opened and New button is clicked. Code and description fields must be filled in.
Customer Information Fields
Code | The Customer’s title |
Description | The Customer’s description |
Priority | A level of priority assigned to the customer(defaulted at 0) |
Other Information Fields
Customer Group | To which group of customers does the customer belongs |
After these fields are filled in, Save button is clicked and the transaction is completed.
Changing an Assigned Customer
To change the customer information, Customer tab is opened and the desired customer information is selected.
After the Customer tab is opened, Edit button is clicked. After this transactions, customer information can be changed. The desired information is changed and Save button is clicked.
Deleting an Assigned Customer
To delete a customer from an organization, after the organization is selected, Customer tab is opened and the desired customer is selected.
After the customer is selected, Delete button is clicked. After Delete button is clicked, this warning message is displayed:
If OK button is clicked, the customer information will be deleted.

Assigning the Organization as a Client
To assign an organization as a Client, the desired organization is selected, Client tab is opened and New button is clicked. Code and description fields must be filled in.
Client Information
Code | Client’s title |
Description | Client’s description |
Client Group | To which group of clients does the client belong |
After these fields are entered, Save button is clicked and the transaction is completed.
Changing an Assigned Client
To change the Depositor information, Client tab is opened and the desired Client information is selected.
After the Client tab is opened, Edit button is clicked. After this transactions, customer information can be changed. The desired information is changed and Save button is clicked.
Deleting an Assigned Client
To delete a Client from an organization, after the organization is selected, Client tab is opened and the desired Client is selected.
After the Depositor is selected, Delete button is clicked. After Delete button is clicked, this warning message is displayed:
If OK button is clicked, the Client information will be deleted.

To assign an organization as a Vendor, the desired organization is selected, Vendor tab is opened and New button is clicked. Code and description fields must be filled in.
Vendor Information

Vendor Group | To which group of clients does the vendor belong |
After these fields are entered, Save button is clicked and the transaction is completed.
Changing an Assigned Vendors
To change the Vendor information, Vendor tab is opened and the desired Vendor information is selected.
After the Vendor tab is opened, Edit button is clicked. After this transactions, Vendor information can be changed. The desired information is changed and Save button is clicked.
Deleting an Assigned Vendor
To delete a Vendor from an organization, after the organization is selected, Vendor tab is opened and the desired Vendor is selected.
After the Vendor is selected, Delete button is clicked. After Delete button is clicked, this warning message is displayed:
If OK button is clicked, the Vendor information will be deleted.
