Screen Path: WMS > Operations > Order Operations
To cancel an order, you need to go to “Order Operations” screen and then select the orders which you want to cancel. You can select multiple orders if necessary. After selecting, click on “Cancel Orders” button.
Select the “Cancel Reason” when the pop-up appears and click on “OK”. The cancelled orders will no longer be listed on the screen, only the ones that are in process will be listed.
You can go to “Shipment Order” screen following the path WMS>Order Management> Shipment Order and see the orders’ status and cancellation reason.
