Capabilities

Connecting a Store:
1. Go to the Store Management tab in Logiwa
Screen Path:Entity-> Store Management
2. Select your client and warehouse for which you are connecting and click on Start SetUp
3. On the left, you will see a list of channels that you can connect to within seconds. Select the one you would like to connect and fill out the mandatory fields, which are marked with an asterisk.
Field Definitions and Tips
Store Name* | Define the name of the store. This does not need to match the actual store name. This information will be shown on Operation screens and reports |
Store Email | Define the email address of the store. |
Shipment Order Type |
Choose the Shipment Order type that will be assigned to your orders when they are downloaded. Put 'Customer Order' if you are unsure what this should be, but check with your onboarding consultant to clarify. |
Store Active | If a store is not currently active, toggle this off and no communication will be performed for that store. |
Download Orders to Logiwa? | When selected true, Logiwa will download shipment orders every 10 minutes for this store. |
Download Items to Logiwa? | When selected true, Logiwa will download item information once a day and add any new items that have been created. |
If stock levels change in Logiwa, should this store be updated? |
When selected true, inventory level changes are synced automatically. Inventory levels are synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours. Changes within the inventory are synced in real-time. This should be toggled off during the testing phase. |
When an order is shipped in Logiwa, update my store and mark the order as 'shipped'? | When selected true, shipment information will be synced to the store every 20 minutes. This should be toggled off during the testing phase. |
Notify Customer |
When the toggle is enabled, Logiwa sends a notification to related store to notify the related customer after the shipment. |
4. You can expand 'Advanced Setup' and define additional parameters for your store if necessary.
Advanced Setup Parameters
Default Inventory Quantity | Set a default inventory quantity for each item in the store. This quantity will be synced to stores without checking the actual inventory |
Create a new item when it doesn't match with SellerSKU? |
When selected true, the system will check if a SellerSKU matches the SKU in Logiwa. If this item matches an existing item in Logiwa, this SKU will be linked to the channel. If there is not an existing matching SKU in Logiwa, the system will create a new SKU to link with this SellerSKU channel listing and download all necessary information like description, barcode, etc. As a default, this parameter is False, so only SKUs with matching SellerSKUs will be synced. Get a Partial Order? |
When selected true, Logiwa will download an order even if some of the items in the order do not exist in Logiwa. |
Match SKU? |
When selected true, seller SKUs in the store are matched with item codes in Logiwa. If it is false, then UPC in the store is matched with Logiwa SKU. |
Do not Update Order When Started? | When selected true, orders cannot be updated from the store once the order is downloaded into Logiwa. To make edits on items or address information on orders, you will need to change this information in Logiwa as opposed to the online store. |
Allow Address Update When Started? | When selected true, only address info can be updated from the online store once the order is downloaded into Logiwa. |
Verify Address? | When selected true, the address is verified for each order while downloading them into Logiwa. This same time during the fulfillment process. |
Create Item When Order Download? | When selected true, an item that exists in the order but not in Logiwa will automatically be created. |
Do not update the item master values when the item comes to Logiwa again? | When selected true, if the item master values are changed in the stores, the item master values will not update/change in Logiwa when the get item method is generated. |
Editing a Store
Select the client and warehouse related to the store which you want to edit and click Start Set Up. After clicking on the channel icon, the defined stores will be displayed below the channel. Select the store which you want to edit.
Click on the Save button after making the required changes.
Deleting a Store
Display the store which you want to delete, following the steps in Editing a Store. Click on the 'Delete' button when the store is displayed.
Integration Error Messages
Item Code can not be empty: SellerSKU or UPC (related to Match SKU setup) is empty within your store. You should complete this information on your store to be able to run the integration, it is mandatory.
Inventory item not found: This message is related to Get Order service. There might be 2 reasons to get this message
1- SellerSKU field is blank on your store, in that condition you should fill this on your store and also do the same on Logiwa Listing Channel ID tab
2- SellerSKU doesn't match with any of the items within Logiwa. In that condition, you can add this information from Item screen Listing ChannelID tab or run the GetItem integration
Inventory item pack type can not be empty message will be coming together with Inventory item not found message.
Order type can not be empty: To fix this error, you should go back to Store Management screen and make sure to select a Shipment Order Type for the related Store
The customer code can not be empty. Please check customer name on customer address block: Customer name and address information is mandatory to create orders, please make sure that this information is available within the order
