Search Criteria
Make a search by using at least one of the "Code", "Job Date Time" or "Started?" fields.

Specify the job code if you are looking for a specific job. |

Select the site. |

Select the warehouse. |

Select the client. |
Job SKU |
Select the job SKU which is filled for the single item or single kit item order jobs. |
Carrier Label Printed |
Select true to display jobs for which carrier label is printed. |
Warehouse Job Type |
Select the type of job. For example, select No Packing if the jobs do not contain packing tasks. |
Job Date Time |
Define a time range for the jobs. |
Picking Zone |
Select the zone where the picking task is performed. |
Label Printed |
Select true to display jobs for which the packing list or job content label is printed. |
Started |
Select true to display jobs that have started operation (picking, packing) |
Picking Completed |
Select true to display jobs whose picking task has been completed. |
Assigned User |
If you are looking for a job(s) assigned to a specific user, specify it. |
Planned Start |
Define a time range for the planned start date of jobs. For example, if you select from 09/20/2018 to 10/20/2018, the results will consist of jobs whose planned start date is on this interval. |
Mobile Business |
Select the mobile business unit. |
Order Count |
The number of orders per batch job. |
Project |
Select the project. |
Tag |
Select the tag. |
Operations
How to Create Labels as Batch
The system allows you to create labels for orders on your selected job.
Select job/jobs and click the batch label button.
- If you select any shipping option on this screen, the system will generate labels based on this selection for all orders on your selected jobs.
- If there are any defined carrier/shipping options for your orders, you won't need to select any shipping option on the screen, the system will automatically generate labels based on defined selections.
How to Create a Batch Job
If you click the create batch job button, you are able to create jobs based on your selections on the pop-up for available orders.
Important Note:
When you finish this process, you will receive the Batch Job Unique ID in the results pop-up.

Client / Warehouse |
Only create jobs for orders which belong to the selected client or warehouse. You can select multiple clients for your 3PL operations |
Job Type |
Only create jobs for the selected job type(s). If you don't choose a Job type, all Job types will be taken into the process. |
Location Zone |
Only create jobs for orders that can be allocated from the selected Location Zone. |
Order Date |
Only create jobs for the orders with the selected order date. |
Planned Ship Date |
Only create jobs for the orders with the selected planned ship date. |
Nof Orders to be Triggered |
Only create jobs for the entered number of orders. |
Nof Product of Orders |
Only create jobs for orders which contain the entered number of the product. |
Nof Order Per List (Min-Max) |
You can set min order count and max order count per job. |
Special Selection |
Only create jobs for defined special selection criteria. Special selection criteria are pre-defined conditions for highly used situations. |
Tag |
Mark the jobs with the text entered to the field or the system will automatically tag the jobs with selected special criteria. |
Priority |
Only create jobs for defined priority on orders. |
Order Type |
Only create jobs for the orders with selected order types. |
Store Name |
Only create jobs for the orders defined with the selected store. |
Carrier / Shipping Option |
Only create jobs for the orders defined with the selected carrier or shipping option. |
Customer |
Only create jobs for the orders which belong to the selected customer. |
Country / State / City |
Only create jobs for the orders defined with selected addresses. |
Product |
Only create jobs for the orders which have selected products on its detail. |
How to Assign/Unassign User 
You can assign or unassign specific users for selected jobs to pick the selected jobs. Other users won't be able to select that job on picking screens. Click the assign or unassign user then select a user for the selected jobs.
How to Cancel Carrier Label
You can cancel carrier labels on the Warehouse Job Processing screen with ease. You need to select jobs and click this button. A new pop-up comes to your screen asking you which labels you want to cancel. You may kindly select and press the ok button. Then your labels will be canceled.
How to Delete a Job
You can delete jobs by using the delete job button on the screen. All of the tasks related to the job will be deleted permanently.
In other terms, the 'Undo Order Operations' process on the Order Operations screen will be applied to all the orders within that Job. Orders will go into the Job creation queue when the 'Create Job' button is used again.
How to Reprint Label
You can reprint labels again if you like on the Warehouse Job Processing screen too. You need to select the job and press the Reprint Label button.
How to Create a Pack List
The system will generate a pack list for all orders on the selected jobs. Select your jobs then click the pack list button.
How to Download Document
You can download the selected order's documents via the Download Document button.
You can select multiple jobs and download multiple documents at a time via Download All button on the Document Pop-up.
If the selected job(s)' documents are all in PDF format we can download them in bulk.
If all docs are not the same type, the documents will be merged into one folder and downloaded in a .zip format.

specified job type for this process. If you want to use this feature in your
process, you can contact our support team and they will make
the configurations for you before you start the operation.
