Screen Path: WMS -> Operations -> Order Operations
You are able to change the customer's address on the "order operations screen".
On the "Order Operations" screen search your orders.
Select an order on which is desired to change the customer address. Then, find Other Actions tab and click it. There is a button named Change Address.
Change Address button works only for one selected order. It is not appropriate for multiple selections.
Afterwards, the Update Address screen will be shown. The screen will be filled in with the original record that chosen order's customer address info. You can change every filled field or add new information.
Then click the "Change Address" button and the operation is completed. Now, the customer info is updated and the changes can be seen.
