Screen Path: WMS>Receipt Management>Receipt Order
If you get an error message like above, Receipt/Receiving Order is already received and its status is Completed. Receipt operation is possible only for Orders with Entered and Started status.
In the Receipt Order screen, if you search with the Receipt Order code, you will see its status as “Completed”.
If you would like to change Receipt Order Detail and more quantities or SKUs, the only thing you need to do is to click on Edit button. Then you will be able to change Receipt Order status as Started as below:
After that, you can add more details in terms of quantity and SKU via Receipt Order Detail tab.
