Error: Order must be stock allocated, picked, or packed to perform undo operation.
Screen Path: WMS -> Operations -> Order Operations
In Logiwa, if the process is started for an order, in other words, if an order is allocated, picked or packed, you are able to undo those operations.
You can undo the operation via the Order Operations screen.
In this screen, you can select the order and under Other Actions, you can click on the Undo Order Operations button.
When you click on this button, all related tasks and allocations will be removed from the system for the selected orders. In other words, the order will be returned to its initial phase.
If you are getting this error message when you click on Undo Order Operations, the order status should be Entered, Approved or Check Inventory. If you click on the order details, you will see the allocated, picked and packed quantities as 0, in other words, it is already at the initial phase.
So, to be able not to get this error, the order must be stock allocated, picked, or packed.
