If you get this error during any order operations, it means that the order status is not allowed for changes.
How to Control?
In order to control the order status information, you should go to the Shipment Order screen and search with your order code.
If the Shipment Order Status either one Freeze or Cancelled, this error message will be shown.
How to Solve?
If you want to continue this order operations, you need to change order status first.
For change status, you should go to Shipment Order screen and search with your order code. After searching the orders, you should select your order and click the Edit button. Change your order status as Started and click the Save button.
After that, the order status will be changed as Started. It means that you can continue the order operations now.
