You can not do any changes if the Receiving Order's status is Cancelled or Completed. Please update the status back to Entered, Approved or Started status in order to proceed.

If you get this error during the receipt operations, it means that the receipt order status is not allowed for changes.
How to Control?
In order to control the receipt order status information, you should go to the Receipt Order screen and search with your order code.
If the Receipt Order Status either one Cancelled or Completed, this error message will be shown.
How to Solve?
If you want to continue this receipt order operation, you need to change receipt order status first.
For change status, you should go to Receipt Order screen and search with your receipt order code. After searching the orders, you should select your order and click the Edit button. Change your receipt order status as Entered, Approved or Started and click the Save button.
After that, the receipt order status will be changed. It means that you can continue the receipt operations now.
