The order has been processed and completed. It is not possible to create a backorder.

If you get this error during the finalize order process, it means that the selected order's status is not available for this operation.
This error will be shown If your order has no unprocessed quantity. For this operation, the unprocessed quantity should be bigger than zero.
The "unprocessed quantity" is calculated with the formula as below,
Unprocessed Qty = Planned Qty - Already Processed Qty (Allocated - Picked - Sorted - Shipped)
How to Control?
In order to control the order detail information, you should go to the Shipment Order screen, and check the "Allocated / Picked / Sorted / Packed / Loaded / Shipped Qty" information via the Shipment Order Detail tab.
To be able to do this operation, there should be at least one order detail, that has the unprocessed quantity.
