Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order
If you get this error during the import serial numbers for the order, it means that the serial numbers are not scanned on receipt operations yet.
How to Control?
In order to control serial numbers, you should go to the Receipt - Serial screen and search with your item code.
After that, you will see the serial numbers that already received. If there is no record for your serial number, this error message will be shown.
How to Solve?
You need to enter the serial numbers which already received and you can control the serial number via Receipt - Serial screen.
