Setting Up Store
- Follow the instructions on this page to set up your API credentials: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/
- Make sure your API permissions are set to Read/Write. In the left pane of the WooCommerce click on Settings and API tab. Choose Keys/Apps and then click on the existing API Key Set the permissions to "Read/Write" and save changes.
- Enter the store url along with your consumer key and consumer secret when setting up your store in Logiwa Store Management screen.
- The user you set up the API key with must have a Role of "Shop Manager" or "Administrator". If not, you won't receive any errors, but Logiwa will not be able to download any orders. You can check this by editing the User on Woocommerce and checking the Role field.
- Please make sure to enter store URL with the correct format, such as: https://logiwawoocomm.com/

Setting Up TimeZones
The time must be correct for the connection to work properly, otherwise Logiwa might miss some orders.
Verify Time
- Login to your WordPress Dashboard and go to Settings > General
- Scroll down to the Timezone section. Verify or change the selected city, and then make sure the Local Time displayed is correct.
Correct Time
If you have set your timezone but the Local time displayed is still incorrect, you will need to fix your server's time. Fixing the server time can be done by the person or company that manages your server. Instructions will vary based on the specific OS and Webserver being used.

- Once you have verified all the times are correct, you must restart your web server for the changes to take effect in WooCommerce.
- Login to WordPress and follow the Verify Time instructions again to make sure the issue is resolved

- Inventory levels are also synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours.
- When there is a change on any inventory level, quantity is synced real-time
Send Shipment info from Logiwa to Woocommerce
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 20 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
