Logiwa supports Magento V1 and V2
Setting Up Magento V1
- Log in to your Magento store (Not your account at magentocommerce.com)
- Go to: System -> Web Services -> SOAP/XML RPC - Roles
- Click: Add New Role, Give it a name like LogiwaAPI then click Role Resources.
- Check Shopping Cart, Sales, Catalog Inventory and everything in them. Also make sure Catalog > Product > Update is selected.
- Click Save Role at the top.
- Next, go to: System -> Web Services -> SOAP/XML RPC - Users
- Click: Add new user
- Click: Create API Key
- Or fill out the form and choose and save a long random string for the API Key.
- In the sidebar, click User Role. Then select the role you just created.

Setting Up Magento V2
- Go to the Logiwa Store Management screen and set up a new Magento Store.
- Enter your Magento store URL.
- Click the Grant US API Access button. You will be directed to your Magento Admin page where you should log in to your account if it is not done automatically.
- Within the Magento admin section, go to System > Extensions > Integrations
- Click Add New Integration and then enter the following fields. The URL entries must match exactly!
- Name: Logiwa API
- Email:
- Click API on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select the Sales, Products, Carts, and Stores->Settings->Configuration->Inventory Section,Stores->Inventory->Sources, Stores->Attributes->Product and Stores->Attributes->Attribute set sections.
- Click Save at the top of the screen.
- Click the Activate link on the new line labeled Logiwa API
- Click Allow in the upper right.

What Is Available
Download Orders from Magento to LOGIWA
- Orders are downloaded every 10 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
- Logiwa downloads the "canceled", "holded", "processing" orders from Magento but also, it is possible to download "pending" orders from Magento if "Is Get Orders With Pending Status?" parameter is active.
Download Items(Product) from Magento to LOGIWA
- Items are downloaded once a day automatically
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Sync Inventory Quantities from Logiwa to Magento
- Inventory levels are also synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours.
- When there is a change on any inventory level, quantity is synced real-time
Send Shipment info from Logiwa to Magento
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 20 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
