Setting Up Store
Logiwa only supports Version 2
1. Log in to your BigCommerce store control panel and go to Advanced Settings.

2. Click API Accounts.
3. Click Create API Account and then Create V2/V3 API Token.
4. After adding a name to the API account make sure that the account contains the authorization below:
Customers: Read-Only
Orders: Modify
Order Transactions: Modify
Products: Modify
5. Copy Username, API Path, and API Token and paste to the appropriate fields on Logiwa Store Management Screen.

Note: Please change the application url last part to v2 from v3 before pasting it
to the store setup screen, as the following:

What is Available?
Download Orders from BigCommerce to LOGIWA
- Order Status;
- Completed
- Unpaid (can be enabled via the "Download Unpaid Orders?" parameter),
- Partially Refunded (can be enabled via the "Get Partially Refunded Orders?" parameter)
- Orders are downloaded every 10 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Download Items(Product) from BigCommerce to LOGIWA
- Items are downloaded once a day
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Sync Inventory Quantities from Logiwa to BigCommerce
- Inventory levels are also synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours.
- When there is a change in any inventory level, quantity is synced in real-time
Send Shipment info from Logiwa to BigCommerce
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 20 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Note: If exists, sending Lot Number Info to the store is possible from Logiwa to BigCommerce
(If there is more than one lot number on the Order, we divide the Lot Number by ",". )
