Setting Up Store
You can have your Zoho Store's credentials from the https://api-console.zoho.com/ link.
You need to add the client as a server-based client application.
You should use below parameters to create a client application
- Homepage URL
https://wms.logiwa.com/en/api/IntegrationApi/GetAuthenticationToken - Authorized Redirect URIs
https://wms.logiwa.com/en/api/IntegrationApi/GetAuthenticationToken
You can find the Client ID and Client Secret credentials on the Client Secret Tab.
The Organization ID info is in your Zoho Inventory dashboard. See More
When you use the ClientID, Client Secret, OrganizationID on the Store Management screen, after you save the store setup, you need to login to the Zoho Inventory pop-up then accept the application access request.
To complete setup use the verifier given by Zoho Inventory in the store management screen.
If you have done this process the connection result should be returned as successful.

What Is Available
Download Orders from ZOHO to LOGIWA
- Order Status = Confirmed or Void
- Orders are downloaded every 10 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Download Items(Product) from ZOHO to LOGIWA
- Items are downloaded once a day automatically
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Sync Inventory Quantities from Logiwa to ZOHO
- Inventory levels are also synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours.
- When there is a change on any inventory level, quantity is synced real-time.
Send Shipment info from Logiwa to ZOHO
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 20 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
