Screen Path: WMS > Mobile > Control
Mobile Control screen is used for checking the inventory levels for a location, an item or an LP.
On the first tab, the user can scan a location, an LP or an item.
The results are displayed based on the user's client access. The user only can see the accessed client's inventories on this screen. The results are listed without the client information.
Location Search
If the scanned value is a "location", Logiwa shows which items exist in this location.
On the location search, the user can see,
- Bulk items in this location
- LP and including inventory levels in this location
- Lot, ExpDate, ProdDate information, if exist.
For example, scanned "A4-5" location has 6 different LP and 16 different items. On this location, total inventory quantity is 186 and total not allocated inventory quantity is 163.
LP Search
If the scanned value is an "LP", Logiwa shows which items exist in this "LP".
On the LP search, the user can see,
- Items and inventory levels in this LP.
- Lot, ExpDate, ProdDate information, if exist.
For example, scanned "lp234" LP is in the "A3-5" location. "Lp234" has 3 different item. On this LP, total inventory quantity is 25 and total not allocated inventory quantity is 8.
Item Search
If the scanned value is an "Item", Logiwa shows the scanned item's locations and LPs on the results.
On the Item search, the user can see,
- Locations, pallets and inventory levels on these locations/LPs.
- Lot, ExpDate, ProdDate information, if exist.
For example, scanned "Mouse1" item exists three different locations and 8 different LPs. Total inventory quantity for this item is 905 and total not allocated inventory quantity is 840.
