You can pick your orders by using the pick&sort screen on Logiwa. This process helps you to pick more than one order at the same time and the orders will be sorted during this operation. After the pick&sort operation is completed, you can pack your orders directly.
Screen Path: WMS > Mobile > Order Operations > Pick and Sort
To be able to use the Pick & Sort screen, you should have a Mobile Location Unit(Trolley) which has been already created on Logiwa.
Picking The Orders
Scan your Job Code and Trolley on the first screen. If you are managing paperless picking operation, click the Your Jobs button and choose a Job Code from the list.
Then you can start the picking&sorting operation by clicking the Get Tasks button.
Scan the suggested location and product barcode, then enter the quantity.
After scanning the required info, Logiwa will suggest the target cell that you need to put the items to, and scan the barcode and enter the quantity for this cell.
After picking all items and putting them to the suggested cells, you will receive a message and if you want to transfer the items to a packing location and clear out the trolley for next jobs, click the YES button and scan the target location.
PS: If you want to scan the item barcodes one by one, please connect Logiwa Support. They will make the necessary setup for you.
Unassign The Job From The Trolley
Job Code and Cart connection is made once they are scanned on the first tab of the Pick and Sort screen. After that point, if you would like to use another cart for that Job or use the cart for another Job, Unassign action is mandatory.
