If you get this error during order packing, there might be several reasons as below
Screen Path: WMS ->Order Management ->Order Packing
1- The item might not be on the “Start Location | Cart”
How to Control?
You can check it via Warehouse Task Processing screen:
Screen Path: WMS>Operations>Warehouse Task Processing
On this screen, you can search with your order or job code. You can also add the SKU as a filter:
Then you can see the entered packing task’s source location for the relevant item as below:
It should be the same as “Start Location | Cart”.
2-The scanned barcode might not be defined for the related item.
How to Control?
You can check it via Item screen:
Screen Path: WMS>Set Up>Item Set up>Item
In this screen, you can search with the SKU code and check its barcode as below:
If it is not defined, you can add it.
3- The scanned item might not be in the order or job code.
How to Control?
If it is an order, you can check it via Order Operations screen:
Screen Path: WMS>Operations>Order Operations
In this screen, you can search with order code and then you can select the order and the get a picklist as below:
Then you can check your scanned item is in the list or not.
If it is a job, you can check it via Warehouse Job Processing screen:
Screen Path: WMS>Operations>Warehouse Job Processing
You can search with your job code and then print the picklist as below: Then you can check that item is in the job or not.
