Logiwa enables the creation of multiple Clients for a 3PL and management of these Clients' data separately.
Each client can have different setups in certain processes such as Packing List, Pick List, Packing Operation, etc...
To create a new client on Logiwa, go "Client Setup" screen.
Screen Path: Entity-> Client Setup
After pushing the new button, the mandatory fields should be filled. To create an active client, the "Active" toggle must be open.
Client Address SetUp
In the "Client Adress" tab, you can give the details of the client's address(es). One client may have more than one address and you can add the address information from here.
Client User Access SetUp
In this tab, you can give access to the users who need to see this client's data. You can also do this operation on the User screen Client tab.
In this way, clients won't be seeing each other's data and when you provide Customer Portal access, they will only see their own data.
Client Contract Setup
In this tab, you can set up the warehouse contracts to use for this client throughout the billing operations.
Manage Client Order Code Types
Logiwa enables creating your own Prefixes for OrderCodes based on Client.
After pushing the "Manage Client Order Code Types" button, Order Code Generation pop-up comes on the screen. In this screen, you can choose the order type of the client such as; purchase order, receipt order, shipment order, or production order.
After you selected the "Order Type", for every order type you can define the code prefix. Using code prefix you can separate your order depends on their types. After giving the "Current Sequence", you can choose the additional incrementation from the "Sequence Increment" tab.
Within the example below, the Purchase Orders will have these codes : CBPO417, CBPO418, CBPO419,...
