Amazon Prime is a subscription membership to Amazon that offers customers premium services for a yearly or monthly fee. Amazon Prime provides discounts on shipping, free membership to Prime Video, Twitch Prime, Amazon Drive and thirty minutes’ early access to Lightning Deals for a yearly subscription fee.
Important Info: Prime labels (carrier labels) are generated by Amazon. That’s why carrier rate shopping set up doesn’t work for prime orders. Logiwa just prints the label which is provided by Amazon. The Prime terms from Amazon should be accepted in order to print the label from Amazon.
Otherwise, you will have this error when you try to print the label:
Prime labels must be printed on the order operations screen’s batch label button even if your operation includes a packing. Generating Prime Labels from Packing Station is not available
This screen the parameters below should be as below for the relevant client:

How to Proceed?
Amazon Prime orders are created on Logiwa with "Is Prime?" flag and these orders can be found by using this flag.
Screen Path : WMS-> Operations-> Order Operations
On the Order Operations screen, there is an "Is Prime?" toggle and this toggle is active for Prime orders. In order to print the carrier label for a Prime order, choose only one order and click the "Batch label" button.
If the order is a single order, you will see the "Package" pop-up below,
On this pop-up,
You can define the item default dimension and weight values on this pop-up by using the “save item default?” button. Once you define and save them, these values will appear for the same item's orders.
If the item does not have the dimension and weight values, these values are filled by the selected package type if exists. It is not possible to get multiple labels for a single order on Amazon Prime through Logiwa. If the order is a multi-item order, this button directly gets the label. After that, you can process the order as usual and if your process needs to go to the packing station, it will print the same label which is printed via order operations screen, at the end of packing.
