This article will walk you through connecting your ShipStation account to Logiwa. It takes just a few minutes to connect to ShipStation. Once connected, you can see your items and orders reflected in Logiwa, with real-time order status updates.

Steps in Logiwa
Screen Path: Entity → Store Management
To begin, access the Store Management page in Logiwa. Select your relevant Client, WarehouseGroup, and Warehouse if not auto-selected. Hit Start Setup.
Once the page loads, select ShipStation from the left menu.
Once the fields to fill in load, begin by filling in your Store Name and selecting your preset Shipment Order Type.
Leave this window open and open ShipStation in another tab. You will be copying and pasting information from ShipStation into this window.
ShipStation Screen Path: My Profile → API Settings
To access the necessary information, login to your ShipStation store account.
Once the dashboard loads, click the profile icon in the top right corner. This will open a dropdown menu. Select My Profile from the menu.
The My Profile page will load in. Once it does, select API settings from the left menu. All information related to your API is held here.
- If they have been generated already, you can find your API Key and API Secret at the bottom of the page. Copy and paste these numbers into the matching fields in Logiwa.
- If they have not been generated, follow the necessary steps within ShipStation to generate your API Key and API Secret.
- If needed, you can regenerate your API Keys, but this will delete the previous ones you had and cannot be undone.
It's also helpful to include your ShipStation Store ID during your setup.
ShipStation Screen Path: Settings → Selling Channels
To locate this number, click the Settings button on the top right bar, or directly click the Selling Channels button if you are already in the Settings menu. A menu will open. Select Store Setup.
The Store Setup page will show your active stores. Select the Menu button for the store you are connecting to Logiwa, then click on Edit Store Details.
This will load another page. The Store ID is in the URL of the page you just loaded. Copy and paste the long combination of numerals and characters into the ShipStation StoreID field in Logiwa. This combination is unique to your store.
After copy and pasting this information, you have filled the basic required fields for ShipStation setup in Logiwa. Click the yellow Save button to connect to ShipStation.

ShipStation Store Parameters
Below are explanations for the standard setup buttons available to ShipStation users.
|Store Name||Required field. Any unique store name. This field is used to identify your store.|
|Store Email||Any valid email address. Any store notifications will be sent to this email. This is not a required field.|
|Connection Result||This field shows Logiwa's connection result with the store. This field cannot be edited by users.|
|Inventory Sharing Percentage(Min1)||This field controls shared inventories between stores. Type your preferred inventory sharing percentage. After that, when syncing the inventory levels to the stores, these percentages will be applied to the available quantities. More in-depth information here.|
Required field. Your ShipStation API Key. Instructions on finding this key above.
|API Secret||Required field. Your ShipStation API Secret. Instructions on finding this secret above.
|Shipstation StoreID||Your Shipstation StoreID. Each ShipStation store has a unique numerical value assigned to it. Instructions on finding the StoreID above.

|Shipment Order Type||Required field. Any defined Logiwa Order Type. If you have a specific setup, you can assign a predefined order type. Otherwise, we suggest selecting Customer Order as the option.|

When enabled, the store becomes active.
|Download Orders to Logiwa ?||When enabled, Logiwa will download shipment orders every 10 minutes for this store.|
|Download Items to Logiwa ?||When enabled, Logiwa will download item information once a day and add any new items that have been created.|
|When an order is shipped in Logiwa, update my store and mark the order as 'shipped'?||When enabled, shipment information will be synced to the store every 20 minutes. This should be toggled off during the testing phase.|
|Notify Sales Channel?|
|Receive and Ship Order?||When enabled, inventories are received for new orders and shipped after getting the shipment info from ShipStation.|
|Download Shipment Data To Logiwa and Ship Order Automatically?||
|Have bundles on ShipStation?||When enabled, you can set a default inventory quantity for each item in the store.|
|Do not update the item master values when the item comes to Logiwa again?||When enabled, if the item master values are changed in ShipStation, the item master values will not update/change in Logiwa when the get item method is generated.|
|Create a new item when doesn't match with SellerSKU?||When enabled, an item that exists in the order but not in Logiwa will automatically be created in Logiwa.|
|Get Partial Order?||When enabled, Logiwa will download an order even if some of the items in the order do not exist in Logiwa.|
|Do Not Update Order When Started?||
|Allow Address Update When Started?||When enabled, only address info can be updated from the online store once the order is downloaded into Logiwa.|
|AutoCorrect Address?||When enabled, the address is verified for each order while downloading them into Logiwa. This happens during the fulfillment process.|
|Finalize orders after getting shipment info?||When enabled, after getting the shipment info from ShipStation, the unshipped quantities are finalized on the orders.|
|Notify Customer||When enabled, Logiwa sends a notification to ShipStation to notify the related customer after shipping.|
|Ship Picked Orders After Getting The Shipment Info||
|If the Order Doesn't Exist on Logiwa, Create the Order After Getting Shipment Info?||When enabled, if shipment info is downloaded from ShipStation and if the order is not created beforehand in Logiwa, the order will be created and shipped automatically.|
