Logiwa - Shipstation Store Integration supports these functions;
- Getting orders from Shipstation to Logiwa
- Getting items from Shipstation to Logiwa
- Sending order shipment information from Logiwa to Shipstation
- Getting order shipment information from Shipstation to Logiwa
Screen Path: Entity > Store Management
In order to setup Shipstation as a store, these fields need to be filled out with correct credentials;
Store Name |
Any unique store name. This field used to identify the store from others. This is a required field. |
Store Email |
Any valid email address. This field used to send notifications related with store (if exists). This is not a required field. |
Connection Result |
This field used for information. It will show the connection result of the store. This field cannot edit by users. |
Inventory Sharing Percentage(Min1) |
Share inventories between the stores. Set the "inventory sharing percentages" store-based moreover item-based. After that, when syncing the inventory levels to the stores, these percentages will be applied to the available quantities. Learn more |
Api Key |
Your valid Shipstation API key. This field used to connect Shipstation API. This is a required field. |
Api Secret |
Your valid Shipstation API secret. This field used to connect Shipstation API. This is a required field. |
Shipstation StoreID |
Your valid Shipstation Store ID. That is a unique numerical value for each Shipstation store. |
Order Filter - Assigned User Names |
Any valid user email address to filter for certain orders assigned to one or more than a user. Eg: john@mydomain.com,doe@mydomain.com This is not a required field, to skip filtering by user, you can leave empty this field. |
Order Filter - Tags |
Any valid tag to filter for certain orders tagged in Shipstation. Eg: LogiwaShip This is not a required field, to skip filtering by Tag, you can leave empty this field. |
Shipment Order Type |
Any redefined Logiwa Order Type. IF you have a specific setup, you can assign any pre-defined order type, otherwise, we suggest to select "Customer Order" as an option. This is a required field. |

Store Active? |
When the toggle is enabled, the store becomes active. |
Download Orders to Logiwa ? |
When the toggle is enabled, Logiwa will download shipment orders every 10 minutes for this store. |
Download Items to Logiwa ? |
When the toggle is enabled, Logiwa will download item information once a day and add any new items that have been created. |
When an order is shipped in Logiwa, |
When the toggle is enabled, shipment information will be synced to the store every 20 minutes. This should be toggled off during the testing phase. |
Notify Sales Channel? |

Receive and Ship Order? |
When the toggle is enabled, the inventories are received for the new orders and shipped, after getting the shipment info from ShipStation. |
Download Shipment Data To Logiwa |
When the toggle is enabled, the tracking number info will be downloaded to Logiwa from ShipStation, then the order's allocation status is checked for the first time. If the order is not allocated yet, firstly the order is allocated. Then the order's picking tasks are completed and the order is shipped. |
Have bundles on Ship Station? |
When the toggle is enabled, set a default inventory quantity for each item in the store. |
Do not update the item master |
When the toggle is enabled, if the item master values are changed in the stores, the item master values will not update/change in Logiwa when the get item method is generated. |
Create a new item when doesn't |
When the toggle is enabled, an item that exists in the order but not in Logiwa will automatically be created. |
Get Partial Order ? |
When the toggle is enabled, Logiwa will download an order even if some of the items in the order do not exist in Logiwa. |
Match SKU ? |
When the toggle is enabled, seller SKUs in the store are matched with item codes in Logiwa. If it is false, then UPC in the store is matched with Logiwa SKU. |
Do Not Update Order When Started? |
When the toggle is enabled, orders cannot be updated from the store once the order is downloaded into Logiwa. To make edits on items or address information on orders, you will need to change this information in Logiwa as opposed to the online store. |
Allow Address Update When Started? |
When the toggle is enabled, only address info can be updated from the online store once the order is downloaded into Logiwa. |
AutoCorrect Address? |
When the toggle is enabled, the address is verified for each order while downloading them into Logiwa. This same time during the fulfillment process. |
Finalize orders after getting shipment info? |
When the toggle is enabled, after getting the shipment info from ShipStation, the unshipped quantities are finalized on the orders. |
Notify Customer |
When the toggle is enabled, Logiwa sends a notification to ShipStation to notify the related customer after the shipment. |
Ship Picked Orders After Getting The Shipment Info |
When the toggle is enabled, only the picked orders will be shipped on Logiwa, after the shipment info is downloaded from Shipstation. Unprocessed orders' tracking numbers are updated but these orders are not shipped automatically. |
If the Order Doesn't Exist on Logiwa, |
When the toggle is enabled if shipment info is downloaded from Shipstation and if the order is not created on Logiwa before, the order will be created and shipped automatically. |
