All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is removed in Logiwa to comply with our GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) policy.
- Amazon orders PII information is removed 30 days after the Actual Shipment Date
- All other orders PII information is removed 180 days after the Actual Shipment Date
The data that is removed includes,
- Customer Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Company Name
- Address Line1
- Address Line 2
- Gift Note
In these fields, you will find 'NOT AVAILABLE' as a text instead of the real data.
The reports that have access to PII data will no longer return PII information in those reports in accordance with the 30 days and 180-day rules mentioned above. You can still have access to data, but only PII fields will not provide the information.
If you are using Logiwa Open API and download any PII data that has been deleted that data will no longer be returned in those responses. This will not cause any change in the response schema, but these fields will get a response of 'NOT AVAILABLE'
