Digital products can be sold on Shopify but, these products will not be replenished physically.
Because of that, while downloading the shipment orders from Shopify, these products aren't included to the order. These lines won't be listed on Logiwa.
Downloading Order on Logiwa
If your order has a non-physical(digital) product, Logiwa will download the order without this product but you will see a warning message on the Channel Integration Log screen that indicates there was a non-physical detail on the order.
If your order has two lines, one of them is a physical product and the other one is a non-physical product. In this case, when the order is downloaded to Logiwa, you will be able to process the physical product. When the shipment info is sent to Shopify for that order, the order status will be "partially fulfilled".
You have to mark as fullfilled manually for the non-physical products on Shopify.
