Setup:
What is Available?
1) Download Orders from SellerCloud to LOGIWA
- Order Status = Cancelled, InProcess
- Orders are downloaded every 10 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
2) Download Items(Product) from SellerCloud to LOGIWA
- Items are downloaded once a day
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
3) Sync Inventory Quantities from Logiwa to SellerCloud
- Full inventory sync is executed once a day
- When there is a change on any inventory level, quantity is synced real-time
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
NOTE: Warehouse Name MUST BE WRITTEN ON STORE SETUP
4) Send Shipment info from Logiwa to SellerCloud
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 15 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Troubleshooting
Why my inventory is not synced to SellerCloud?
Screen Path: WMS>Reports>Inventory Reports>Listing Inventory Report
- First of all, make sure that you have an inventory. Go to Listing Inventory Report screen and check your available stock Quantity.
- Also please make sure the Warehouse Name entered on Store SetUp matches with the Warehouse name on SellerCloud for the same item
