Steps to Connect Your Wish Store
- ‘Store Name’ can be whatever you choose
- Go to your Wish page and you can create your private app to integrate your store with LogiwaWMS, link.
- From your Wish home page, select ‘Account’ on the right, then click the 'API Settings' button.
- Then, register a private app.
- Enter the Redirect URL of the Logiwa API token. (URL: https://wms.logiwa.com/en/api/IntegrationApi/GetAuthenticationToken )
- Your store's Client ID and Client Secret will appear.
- You can create your Logiwa account by using the Client Id and Client Secret information.
What is Available?
Download Orders from Wish to LOGIWA
- Order Status = APPROVED, REFUNDED, REQUIRE_REVIEW
- SHIPPED orders are NOT supported
- Orders are downloaded every 10 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Download Items(Product) from Wish to LOGIWA
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Sync Inventory Quantities from Logiwa to Wish
- Inventory levels are also synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours.
- When there is a change on any inventory level, quantity is synced real-time
Send Shipment info from Logiwa to Wish
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 20 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Why my inventory is not synced to Wish?
Screen Path: WMS>Reports>Inventory Reports>Listing Inventory Report
First of all, make sure that you have an inventory. Go to Listing Inventory Report screen and check your available stock Quantity.
