Tradegecko has recently joined Intuit company and has rebranded the selling channel as Quickbooks Commerce. The store's integration with Logiwa is still going on and nothing has changed.

Steps to Connect Your Tradegecko
- ‘Store Name’ can be whatever you choose
- Sign in to your current TradeGecko application from the link.
- In order to create a new integration key and secret, go to the link.

Click the "New Application" button and then enter the details below. The most important thing is to write the Redirect URL.

Please double-check the information below. Then click the "Submit" button.
- After clicking the submit button you will see the page below. The "Application ID" and "Secret" are the information that is used for credentials on Logiwa.

Enter "Application ID" and "Secret" to Logiwa then click the "Save" button.
- Then a verification page will appear. Enter your account information for Tradegecko.
- Authorize your account within Logiwa.
- Finally, write the verifier code from Tradegecko to the "Verification Code" on Logiwa.
- If the inventory would like to be fed with location by Tradegecko, it is possible to do by entering Location ID. The connection becomes successful for your store.
What is Available?
Download Orders from Tradegecko to LOGIWA
- Order Status = Active, Finalized
- Draft orders are NOT supported
- Orders are downloaded every 10 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Download Items(Product) from Tradegecko to LOGIWA
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Sync Inventory Quantities from Logiwa to Tradegecko
- Inventory levels are also synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours.
- When there is a change on any inventory level, quantity is synced in real-time
Send Shipment info from Logiwa to Tradegecko
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 20 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
Troubleshooting: Why my inventory is not synced to Tradegecko?
Screen Path: WMS → Reports → Inventory Reports → Listing Inventory Report
First of all, make sure that you have an inventory. Go to the Listing Inventory Report screen and check your available stock Quantity.
