Batch Job Progress Log Report displays the "Create Batch Job" button's logs.
You can see the processed or unprocessed orders at the specific time, the planned order quantity, stock quantity and the other information that will help you to solve order allocation/batching problems.
Screen Path: WMS-> Reports-> Shipment Order Reports-> Batch Job Progress Log Report
You can search by the following criteria:
- Client
- Warehouse
- Create Batch Job Trigger Time
- Create Batch Job Unique ID
- Order Code
Fields and Explanations:
- Explanation: The possible reason for the allocation problem. If it is empty, that means there is no problem found for allocation.
- Create Batch Job Unique ID: The UniqueID that is created by Logiwa when the Create Batch Job button is used. You can see the orders that is triggered at the same time by using this Unique ID.
- Order Code: Order's number
- Trigger User: The user that triggered the Create Batch Job button
- Order Created Time: Order's created time on Logiwa
- Item Code: An item that exists on the order
- Order Current Planned Qty: Order's Current Planned Qty for the related item (The quantity info when the report is used)
- Order Job Creation Time Planned Qty: Order's Planned Qty for the related item (The quantity info when the Create Batch Job button is used)
- Job Creation Time Order Processed Qty: Order's Processed Qty for the related item (The quantity info when the Create Batch Job button is used)
- Job Creation Time Not Allocated Qty: Order's Unprocessed Qty for the related item (The quantity info when the Create Batch Job button is used)
- Job Creation Time Inventory Qty: Available inventory for the related item (The quantity info when the Create Batch Job button is used)
- Is Quantity Enough to Fulfil: If there is enough stock for the allocation this toggle becomes enabled, otherwise it becomes disabled.
- Order Tried to be Allocated?: If the order is tried to be allocated when the Create Batch Job button is used, this toggle becomes enabled.
- Job Type: The job type that is used for the related order.
- Location Zone(s): If your batch job algorithm checks the inventories in the specific location zones, you will see the inventory info for these location zones separately.
