In order to purchase more users on your account, you can use the Account Info screen. If your credit card info exists on Logiwa, you don't need to contact Logiwa Support team to purchase users.

You can add full, client, or API users to your account.
You may check out Logiwa User Types knowledge base article to get more information about the user types you can add to your account.
- Purchase Users: Currently purchased full user count is listed in this field. You should edit this field if you want to add full users to your account.
- Purchased Client Users: Currently purchased client user count is listed in this field. You should edit this field if you want to add client users to your account.
- Purchased API Users: Currently purchased API user count is listed in this field. You should edit this field if you want to add API users to your account.
You can also check the number of active user counts on this screen.
- Nof Active Users: Currently created full user count is listed in this field.
- Nof Active Client Users: Currently created client user count is listed in this field.
- Nof Active API Users: Currently created API user count is listed in this field.
After setting the desired purchased user counts, you will receive a warning message before saving the changes. If you confirm the changes, your users are charged based on your contract from the credit card information you entered our system.
When there is a change in the number of purchased users for your account, Logiwa will send an email to your account admin to notify you about changes.
Error Handling
If your credit card info does not exist on Logiwa, adding more users to your account is not allowed and you will receive the warning message below.
If you try to decrease the number of users before the renewal date, you will receive the warning message below. You should contact Logiwa Support Team to complete this operation.
