There are multiple different user types on Logiwa that you can add to your account. Below are the details of each of those user types:
- Full Capacity User
- Client User
- API User
Full Capacity User:
Full capacity users have access to all the operational pages and see all the reports available to your account. Users that will be working on receiving, picking, packing and shipping operations should be using a full capacity user. Full capacity users have access to see the details of and work on the warehouse operations of all created 3PL clients.
Although full capacity users can have full access to all of the above functions, those access levels can be limited per role.
Roles give the capability to limit access levels of the users. For example, an admin role can have access to all the pages and a warehouse staff role can have access to only receiving, picking and packing operation pages. You can decide on which pages a role can have access to and assign those roles to your users.
Client User:
Client users have access to only see their own client (3PL Client) details and create receipts and orders for that client. They don’t have access to do any warehouse operations such as picking, packing & shipping.
API User:
Just like on any other software, to build an API or an EDI connection user credentials for an account that has API write access is needed on Logiwa.
The API user account must be used exclusively for API/ EDI access and that’s why a new user account needs to be created specifically for this purpose.
The user must be kept as long as the API/EDI connection.
There are 2 different API User types that you can choose from depending on the volume required for your API/ EDI connection, 60 Call/Request per minute or 500 Call/Request per minute
