DHL eCommerce doesn't require canceling the unused tracking numbers. Unless you ship an order with the DHL eCommerce tracking number, you don't pay for it. But, even if you don't ship the order with a DHL eCommerce label but this label is generated on Logiwa, this tracking number info is sent to the stores as if it is used for the order.
You are able to cancel/remove the unused DHL eCommerce tracking numbers from the orders and prevent syncing them to the stores.
How to Cancel DHL eCommerce Labels?
Select an order from the Order Operations screen then simply click the Cancel Carrier Label button.
Screen Path: WMS → Operations → Order Operationss
Select the DHL eCommerce label that requires cancellation.
A verification warning message will appear on the screen. In order to cancel DHL eCommerce labels, click the Remove Tracking Number button. Eventually, the label will be removed from the order.
