Logiwa is designed to bring efficiency to your warehouses. If you have robust and automated jobs to complete the works before the pickers start working, they can start picking when they arrive at the warehouse and you won't lose time and money.
You can create schedules to allocate and create batches for your orders and picking jobs will be created at the time that you want.
How to Trigger Jobs Manually?
You can trigger the batch jobs manually and create batches when you need them.

How to Trigger Jobs With a Schedule?
If you want to create schedules for job creation, you can select the criteria that are used to filter the orders, choose days and time to repeat this operation. After that, batch jobs will be created automatically when the time comes.

Creating New Schedules
To create new schedules, click the Create Batch Job button. After selecting the desired criteria to filter the orders, click the Schedule Entered Criteria button.
On the next tab, you will see the Name, Days to Repeat On, and Repeat Time sections.
Choose the days and times that you want and click the Save button. If you want to trigger this job more than one time in a day, use the plus button to add different time selections.
After that, the jobs will be created when the time comes.
If you want to cancel this operation and continue manual job creation, click the Cancel and Continue With Manual Job Creation button.
To see the entered criteria above, click the Display Criteria button.
Displaying Schedules
To see the created schedules and their priorities, click the Show Scheduled Jobs button.
You will see a new popup that includes the Name, Client, and Warehouse filters. Use these filters and then click the Filter button. In addition, you can select more than one client then you can see all records belongs to different clients.
After that, all created schedules jobs will be listed on the grid.
To view/run one of the scheduled jobs at that moment, click the View Selected button. After that, you will see the selected scheduled job's detail in the criteria selection tab. Click the Run button and the jobs will be created like manual triggering.
Deleting Schedules
To delete a created schedule, after filtering the scheduled jobs, mark the required job and click Delete Schedule(s) button.
Changing Schedule Priorities
To change the scheduled jobs' priorities (to define which job will be run first), after filtering the scheduled jobs, change the priorities from the grid and click the Save Priorities button.
Troubleshooting
- Only one schedule can be created for the same day and time with the same filters. If you receive this error message, please check the criteria that you choose and change the criteria and/or day/time selections.
