Sometimes, you may face some integration problems. Even if this is not an intended solution, you may need to re-send your shipment records manually to your stores for any reason.
If you need to re-send the shipment info for an order, you can do It from the shipment report with ease.
How to Manage?
In order to re-trigger shipment info for an order, go to the Shipment Report All screen.
Screen Path: WMS Mobile → Reports → Shipment Report All
Choose the orders that need to be sent to the related store again and click the Resend Selected Shipment to Channels button.
There is no limit here, you can choose as many orders as you need.
These selected orders' shipment info will be sent to the stores within 30 minutes.
