If you want to ship your orders that will be shipped to the same address, you may want to ship them with a single tracking number. This feature may shorten your business time and reduce the work-load such as picking, packing, label printing times and so forth. Fortunatelly, Logiwa is able to merge the orders and send them together.
Merge Orders with the Same Address can be used in the case which you receive the different shipment orders whose addresses are the same . It is essantial to optimize your running processes while merging orders. You are able to get the same label for the different shipment orders with the same address.
Screen Path:WMS-> Operations -> Warehouse Job Processing
To use this feature, your shipment orders' status should be "entered", "approved" or "check inventory". Thus, they should be "not processed orders". Then you may kindly go to Warehouse Job Processing screen and click "other sections" button as described in the illustration above.
You need to fill the mandatory sections such as client, order date and warehouse. In case needed, you may kindly fill other sections as well. Then you need to click merge button to complete the process. Once you merged orders, you receive a message described below.
How Can I Check My Merged Orders ?
You would like to check the process when you completed it. The first step to control your merged orders is to go to the Shipment Order screen. You may kindly type the related criteria about orders. Then you observe your merged shipment orders information. .One order become a master shipment order which includes other shipment orders as it is shown below. The others' shipment order status turned on cancelled.

Regarding items, You do not need to make any extra process in order to move items due to the fact that they are automatically sent into the master shipment order as you can see in the image below.
You may kindly see that Shipment Order Cancelled Reason as "Merged Order" and Master Warehouse Order are visible on the Shipment Order search result screen.
Troubleshooting
Although you typed related field on the Merge Shipment Orders with the Same Address popup, you may have received a warning message decribed below. You need to check the filters which you entered. Your shipment orders' status may not be appropriate by means of filters. You need to enable them to conduct the process by turning them on "not processed orders" such as entered, approved. Moreover, the addresses should be exactly same so as to complete the process successfully.
