You can send a video record to Logiwa Support Team without going to any page. You can record a video regarding your question, problem, and/or suggestion on Logiwa with ease. Moreover, this process is extremely easy. This feature may help to save your time.
This method is as same as opening a ticket via e-mail. Thus, you need to write down your e-mail before you send a record. Filling the e-mail section is important for both Logiwa and you in order to inform you that we receive your record.
However, we cannot provide this feature on the mobile application. It is only available on browsers.
You may start the record by clicking this depicted button. A new pop-up comes to your screen and hit the start button.
Then, you need to select your screen sharing option showed in the image below.
After you click the "share" button, you need to allow the use of your microphone to record your voice.
You are ready to start it. Just one click to hit. You may click start your record whenever you are ready.
While you record the video, you can follow the running time by looking at a small window in the left corner as you can see in the image.
After you finish your feedback you can stop recording by hitting the white window.
If you like your record you can send it to us. If you want to record again, click the "Retry" button and record your feedback one more time.
Before you click the "Send" button, you need to write your e-mail.
Writing your e-mail is the most important section. Unless you give your e-mail we cannot identify who sent the feedback. Due to this problem, we will not be able to address your issue.
After sending your video record you need to receive an e-mail having a ticket ID from our support team. You can follow your ticket with it.
