You are able to use many return addresses instead of using only one for the same carrier account. Logiwa offers you an opportunity to set-up store based addresses on the same carrier account. So you can manage your return order process with ease in the case which you have more than one return address. Thanks to this feature, you do not need to set up a new carrier account to manage different return addresses.
Screen Path: Entity-> Carrier Management
After going to the Carrier Management Screen, you may kindly select one of your carrier accounts that you want to add store-based return addresses. Then you need to click the Manage Return Address Info. A pop up comes to your screen asking you for the return address and store information.
After you fill in the address and store info, you need to click the save button to complete the process. The below image demonstrates how it looks after addresses were added. In the case you want to remove a store based address, you may select it then hit the delete button.
If you do not insert any store-based return address, there will be one return address for the carrier account. This address information is available to adjust on the Return Address field as shown in the below image. This return address is used for each store which has not any specific return address.
That is all! After this setup, the defined return addresses will be automatically shown on the carrier labels.
