Logiwa syncs inventory levels to the stores in real-time. When there is a change in inventory levels it will be synced automatically.
Also, Logiwa syncs inventory levels once a day for the items that are changed within 24 hours.
If inventory levels are not changed, they will not be synced in Logiwa so that you are not able to observe them on the Listing Inventory Report.
In this case, you may have a question regarding your syncing process. Items' last sync date on the Listing Inventory Report may have not been updated for a while. That means those items have not been changed since the last sync date showed on the report.
If you want to check if your items' inventory levels are synced to the stores, you may kindly go to the Channel Integration Log screen. The Send Inventory Info on the information service can show you whether or not your inventories are synced.
Screen Path: WMS -> Reports -> Integration Reports -> Channel Integration Log
Before you search on the Channel Integration Log screen, you need to select a store. Then, you may kindly select the send inventory info on the integration service as demonstrated below images.
After your search, you are able to see the result that you are looking for. The related fields have been marked as red rectangles below the image. You can now see the last date of your stores' inventory sync time through the start and finish date-time.
