Tricolops is a system that calculates the product's dimensions and weight. We can consider it as a weighing machine. Tricolops is one of the leading systems throughout the USA. Logiwa is integrated with the Tricolops Dimension System in order to sophisticate your fulfillment experience. You can set it up easily then you can start using it.
Screen Path: WMS -> Setup -> Location Setup -> Location
First of all, you need to go to the location screen and find the location in which you would like to set up the Tricolops Dimension System. You may either create a new location or update one of them. After filling the necessary fields, you need to enable the Business Station toggle. Unless this toggle is turned on, you cannot able to see the Use Tricolops On Packing ? toggle. In brief, you need to make your location a business location in order to integrate Tricolops System with Logiwa.
After you enabled those 2 toggles, you need to download the Tricolops application to your device. You can download the setup file via this link in case you have not yet installed it.
You can scroll down to the bottom and click the setup file.
Then get starting the download process. You can use this setup for both Rapidsize 100 and 140.
Now it is time to connect your Tricolops dimensioner device to your computer.
You can visit the software setup section by hitting here. This document may help you complete the integration process. There is a picture below of how it looks once you connect your Tricolops device to your computer.
Then you can start your packing stage by using Tricolops Dimension system. The Tricolops scans your package and fills dimensions automatically.
What if I enter dimension information by myself on the screen?
The data coming from Tricolops are sent to the carrier by Logiwa regardless of what you type on the dimension field. So there is not anything to worry about if you set the Tricolops system up.
You can find how to set up the Cubiscan dimension system to Logiwa by clicking here.
