If you are managing a paperless picking operation, you can operate your pickers using the My Jobs button on the picking screens and choose a Job Code from the list to pick.
You can easily assign a job to the pickers in Logiwa and they can see their own jobs on the picking screens or you can direct them to pick the jobs from the pool!
How to Assign/Unassign User to Jobs
You can assign or unassign specific users for selected jobs to pick the selected jobs. Other users won't be able to select that job on picking screens.
Screen Path: WMS → Operations → Warehouse Job Processing
Click the assign or unassign user then select a user for the selected jobs.
You can use the Warehouse Task Processing screen to assign users too using the Assing/Unassing Job button.

As a supervisor/manager you should choose the jabs that you would like to assign to the user and click the Assing/Unassing Job button. You need to assign the user on the pop-up then the picker will see their jobs on the mobile picking screens.

Managing My Jobs
The 'My Jobs' button is the same for the mobile picking screens. All you need to do is clicking the My Job button on the mobile picking screens to see the assigned jobs to you.

WMS → Mobile → Order Operations → Pick and Sort
WMS → Mobile → Order Operations → Pick and Sort by Tote
My jobs button is located in the Order Tab of the mobile picking screens.
When you click the My Jobs button, you see the jobs assigned to you. you can see the jobs' statuses and the number of orders to be picked, the number of tasks per order, and j the job date information is also insights you if there is an old job on your picklist.
If you click the Jobs on the Pool button, you see the unassigned jobs. you can start to pick them according to your current operation requirement.
If there is not any job assigned to you in the 'My Jobs' section, you will receive the “There is no my job”. warning.
If you click the Jobs on the Pool button and if there is not any job that is unassigned in the selected warehouse, you will receive the “There are no jobs on the Pool” warning message.
If there is an assigned job, the assignee or admin user execute can the job.
