Landmark doesn't require canceling the unused tracking numbers. Unless you ship an order with the Landmark tracking number, you don't pay for it. But, even if you don't ship the order with a Landmark label but this label is generated on Logiwa, this tracking number info is sent to the stores as if it is used for the order.
You are able to cancel/remove the unused Landmark tracking numbers from the orders and prevent syncing them to the stores.
How to Cancel/Remove Landmark Labels?
Screen Path: WMS-> Operations-> Order Operations
You need to go to Other Actions and select the "Cancel Carrier Label" button.
You can select which label you request to remove in the given options and press the "OK" button. In order to will be removed labels, it is possible to see that verification warning message as the screenshot below.
Please click the Remove Tracking Number button to continue the process. You will notice that desired Tracking Number has been removed from the Tracking number field.
