When you cancel an order using Cancel Shipment Order Endpoint which is;
- Not Allocated (Entered, Approved, Check Inventory) :
- Order is canceled directly; No jobs will be assigned.
- Order Status in Shipment Order Screen will be changed to ‘Cancelled’, and the order is removed from the Order Operations Screen.
- Allocated ( Partially Allocated, Started):
- Allocation is removed; Order is Cancelled; No jobs will be assigned.
- Order Status in Shipment Order Screen will be changed to ‘Cancelled’, and the order is removed from the Order Operations Screen.
- Processed (Partially Picked, Picked, Partially Packed, Packed) – order has at least one detail that has been either picked and/or packed:
- API returns cancel status as OK however, your order is not canceled directly.
- Cancel request is processed for your order. (Cancel Request field value on the Order Operations Screen will be 1, this field may not be visible on your account depending on your layout options.)

- If your order is Partially Picked or Partially Packed, the system will not interfere with your current task and let you complete your partial operation first.
- If your order is Picked, the system will not let you proceed to pack operations and give you the following warning message on the packing screen, so your picked items will be transferred.

- If you cancel an order that is Packed, the system will give you a warning when you proceed to ship.

- Completed (Shipped):
- You will get a response saying that you cannot cancel an order that is shipped.
