Steps to Connect Your Shopify Store
- ‘Store Name’ can be whatever you choose
- ‘Store URL’ Should be your store’s URL (https://xyz.myshopify.com)
- From your Shopify home page, select ‘Apps’ on the left:
4. On the bottom, select 'Develop Apps For Your Store' :
5. In the upper right corner, select ‘Create an app’:
6. Fill out the app name and app developer email and press 'Create app' on the buttom:
7. Then set up your configuration (Admin API Integration) and click 'Save':
8. Then click 'Install' to get your Access Tokens:
10. The Access Tokens, API User Key, and API Password will be displayed:
How to get a Location ID?
If you have a multi-warehouse setup in Shopify, you must specify the location ID that you would like Logiwa to sync inventory and confirm orders to. The Location name is found in Shopify under Settings → Locations. Please enter the Location ID on the Store Management screen.

What Is Available
Download Orders from Shopify to LOGIWA
- Order Status = Pending, Unshipped, Partially Shipped, Unfulfilled
- Partially Paid orders are NOT supported
- Orders are downloaded every 10 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
- Order Permissions: By default, you'll have access to the last 60 days' worth of orders for a store. To access all the orders, you'll need to request access from Shopify. For more information visit Shopify's article.
Download Items(Product) from Shopify to LOGIWA
- Items with Published status are downloaded once a day
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
- The item/product barcode information is gotten from Shopify, if the SKU and Barcode include the different codes from each other, it is kept in different lines on the barcode tab of them.
Sync Inventory Quantities from Logiwa to Shopify
- Inventory levels are also synced once a day for the items that are changed within the last 24 hours.
- When there is a change on any inventory level, quantity is synced in real-time
Send Shipment info from Logiwa to Shopify
- Shipment Label information based on package and items included are synced every 20 minutes
- It can be triggered manually on Channel Integration Services when necessary
- Shopify's customer notification for the shipment can be managed through the "Notify Customer" parameter.
Why my inventory is not synced to Shopify?
First of all, make sure that you have an inventory. Go to the Listing Inventory Report screen and check your available stock Quantity.

While creating a product on Shopify, Don't Track inventory should not be selected.
Why My Items on Shopify are not being synced with Logiwa?
To sync your items on Shopify, your items' status needs to be 'Published'. Otherwise, Logiwa will not sync your items.
