Hello everyone! Before we get started with June developments, we would like to share our excitement for the Analytics Reporting Service that will provide you robust insights and strong dashboards that will empower your business; which will be ready for use in the upcoming weeks! Stay tuned!
Besides the new analytics tool, we have been proudly working on some performance and functional improvements to enhance the Logiwa experience for whilst crashing some bugs that got on the way.

Introducing Some New Enhancements:
Mobile Picking Performance Improvement for Jobs with Large Quantities
Orders with large volumes of items might have take a lot time inside the warehouse to get ready to ship. Your WMS, on the otherhand, should be helping you enhance these operations. Logiwa's Mobile Picking screens are tuned for enhanced performance for picking jobs with large quantities. Hundreds, if not housands of items can now be processed within seconds on picking screens.
LP Based Cycle Count
In order to enhance the count operations in the warehouse, LP-Based Cycle Count is now available. With this new feature, you can count your stock by scanning LPs which will effectively decrease Count cycle durations for big volumes and/or for your b2b operations.
Here are a few more functional improvements:
- Recently developed printout enhancement for printing pack list, return and shipping labels on the same page feature is now available for single item orders as well.
- It is now available to change the Billing Type to Third Party on Get Label pop-up, not only on Shipment Order screen, but also now on Order Operations as well for DHL Express.
- VAS Records can now be created for all order statuses including orders that are shipped, canceled, delivered, completed.
- Date-Time selection format for Shipment Order Status Report is renewed, feel free to check it out!
You know what we say to Old Bugs?
HASTA LA VISTA, BABY.
- There were a couple of problems with Return Labels;
- First one was getting return labels for single item orders during packing, when the Image Type for Carrier Setup was GIF.
- The other issue was when getting multiple labels, whether it is for multiple packages or boxed item, multiple return labels couldn't be created while generating the retuns labels with carrier labels. Both issues are fixed now.
- Multiple labels could not be generated/printed for Fedex - ZPL formatted Carrier Setups. This is also fixed now.
- Customer Name information were duplicated on DHL Labels when the customer name and company name values are same. This process is also changed to prevent showing the same value twice on the label.
- Use Any Services option in Carrier Rate Shopping enables you to get the best rate for your shipping. PackageHub rates were left out, but we have fixed this issue.
- Weight information that is returned from PackageHub label generation is mapped now and can be found within the shipping information.
- Due to another bug, Scan Package Type option caused problems for generating carrier labels on Packing Screen. We have crashed that one too!
- Get Item method for BigCommerce was broken, but it is steady as a rock now.
- A rare issue of Unhandled Exception Error while changing warehouses on Order Operations is fixed.
- Again in some rare cases in Packing Station, you might have encountered with an error message that says "There isn't any packing task", even though there was. This issue was only happening when you do batch picking then sorting(put to wall) operation.This bug is packed and shipped to trash.
- On Mobile Receipt screen, after you confirm the operation the cursor auto-focuses on the item field, to enhance the work flow. This was broken but not it's back on track.
- Missing function on Pick and Sort and Pick and Sort by Tote screens were not working completely for items with Lot Number and Expiration Date attributes. Both screens are fixed now and your missing inventory is managed properly.
- In some cases while using Transfer LP and Location screen,even though the pallet was stocked no inventory could be found, due to a bug which is crashed now.
- When you use the "view scheduled job" button on the Create Batch Job popup, the screen supposed to show you the pre-defined criteria of that scheduled job but, this was not showing the details on the screen. Now, all pre-defined filters are applied to the screen properly.
- There were a few issues regarding the Pack List/Label button on the Order Operations screen; the button took a few minutes to process, the pages printed were in the wrong order, and the page contents were not alligned in the center which could cause loss of information on the page margins. Performance is enhanced, contents are re-positioned, and they are all good to go!
